Part 1: General Terms and Conditions

Article 2: The Artworks

Each painting is a unique, handmade work. We try to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to screen settings, colors may differ slightly in reality.

Article 3: Prices and Payment

Prices are in Euros. Payment is secure via the Mollie platform. The artwork remains the property of RO.KA_ART until full payment is received.

Article 4: Delivery and Shipping

We ship worldwide via Bpost or reputable couriers. Shipping costs are clearly shown before checkout. It is also possible to pick up the work for free by appointment at the studio in Sint-Katelijne-Waver. RO.KA_ART is not responsible for delays caused by the postal service.

Article 5: Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer in the EU, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. Return costs are for the customer, unless the work arrived damaged. The artwork must return to us in its original, undamaged condition.

Part 2: Privacy Policy (GDPR)

1. What data do we collect?

When you buy an artwork, we ask for your name, address details, and email address.

2. Why do we collect this?

We use this data exclusively for the execution of the purchase agreement (to deliver the painting and keep you informed of shipping). We do not use your data for advertising or newsletters without your explicit consent.

3. Sharing with third parties

We never sell your data. We only share data with parties strictly necessary for the service, such as Mollie (payment) and Bpost (delivery).

4. Your rights
